What is the profit for our group, league, organization?
The organizations profit  on the chocolate bars is 50%. Bars sell for 1.00, you keep .50 per bar!
The profit on the Magnets, Static Clings or Window Decals is dependant on what you sell those for, with most leagues, groups, etc selling them for $5-$10 each.

How do we pay for our magnets, decals or other spirit products?
We will send you a PAYPAL invoice once you’ve decided on your logo, colors and design. You are welcome to pay via the PAYPAL link or you can mail an organizations check….Checks must clear before your order ships. We accept organizations checks as well as Certified Cashiers Checks for the Candy Bars.  Again, checks must clear prior to shipping your product.  There is a $50 charge for NSF checks.

How much do we pay in freight charges to get our order?
On the candy, you can choose free freight on all orders of 200 boxes or more instead of the free bonus boxes! For orders under 200 forty count boxes, freight charges vary depending on your location. Free shipping for 200 boxes or more sold is applied a substitute for free boxes; offers cannot be combined. Free shipping no longer applies to Alaska or Hawaii.  (Policy as of June 28, 2007) All Candy Bars orders must be paid for in advance of shipping.

On Magnets, Window decals and other Spirit Products shipping is determined by the quantitiy and location of your delivery….We run Free Shipping email specials from time to time, so sign up for our current specials so you don’t miss out.

How do we know how many Cookie Dough Brochures to order?
This is a very important part of a successful fund raiser. You must first determine how many participants you have. Then set the target for the amount of money you will raise selling an amount of 10 items per participant. You may order enough additional brochures to accommodate competitiveness if you are offering 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd place prizes for your top sellers.

How do we know how many Magnets/Window Decals to order?
We have this question often. And many times our customers are forced to re-order because they didn’t order enough in the first place……Remember, mom, dad, grandparents and other family members will most likely want to promote your child’s league, school, group. We highly recommend ordering enough for each participant to have the option of purchasing 2 or more.

How fast can we expect our Magnets Decals or other Spirit Items?
Most shipments are received within 7-14 business days of order. Rush order on our Spirit Items (Magnets, Decals, etc) are available for $40 additional, however, this will only knock off 3-4 business days…….

What is the best time to run a Candy/Cookie Dough sale?
We highly recommend our program be run at the beginning of the season when the excitement is at it’s highest level. Waiting will also cut down on the # of items sold, as by the middle or end of the season everyone is just ready to get things over with! With our Dry Cookie Dough mixes you have no problem with needing refrigeration and no issues with melting product, so delivery is a breeze.

How much do we pay for artwork, set or die cut on your Spirit items?
We provide free artwork with your order. We also provide free set up and free die cut. You pay the price per piece + shipping….There are no hidden charges.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a fifty four (54) box minimum! (*See#3) (No returns accepted) There is a 75 count minimum on our decals and a 25 minimum on the magnets, however, if you sign up for the email special the prices on the specials are much lower.

Do you offer any discounts for larger quantities on the Spirit Items?

Absolutely! The larger the quantity, the lower the price per piece. Check our email special to find out what our specials are……

When do we receive our magnets and/or decals or clings, once we have approved the proof?
Your order should arrive to your league within 7-14 business days after you have approved your proof. Most orders are delivered within 10-14 business days!
